Investors believe that Real Estate (RE) is the best investment. RE is tangible unlike stocks, bonds and other paper investments. The ability to control the investment is more felt in RE. However, the present global predicament was brought about by the RE Bubble in the U.S.
Today some believe that there is RE Bubble in the Philippines. Some say its a Credit Bubble. But some investors are not bothered because to them this presents an opportunity, bubble or no bubble. If many losses money a few benefit from that loss.
